senior escalation engineer for the Wireless Business Unit focused on the EMEA region. He is involved in high-priority support cases for wireless infrastructures, CCIE Wireless development, wireless security testing, and leading the Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) Configuration Analyzer application. Previously at Cisco, he has worked in security consulting and training. He has 13 years of experience in IT and networking industry. Contreras also contributed to the Cisco Press book "Deploying and Troubleshooting Wireless Networks."
